Near the home of Loizos and Domnas Kalomiris is a little church on the north-eastern edge of the hamlet, in an area where the houses cease and the grapes begin.
Today, it is a basic church, and you operate on the 29th of August, the day it commemorates.
John Jeffrey The publication History of Monuments According to the iconostasis, the church was reconstructed in 1888, however it is referred to as Agios Ioannis in Cyprus. Today, it is known as Prodromos in the village. The new structure entirely demolished the previous church.
